Artist in Residence Response

Three months ago we welcomed Fenella Edwards as our first Artist in Residence!

She was given carte blanche to journey through our events, meeting our members and hearing their stories.

Fenella is a lyricist (aka "MC Feline") who moved to Canberra 5 years ago to take up a job within the public service. Last year she took leave without pay to complete a graduate diploma in science communication at ANU, but finally made the big leap in April this year when she resigned to follow her true passion and heart's desire in chasing a creative career as an entrepreneur, lyricist and film maker.

Internship Opportunities

We're looking for students (18+) who are out going, proactive, positive and flexible and looking to gain invaluable work experience relevant to their studies.

Many of our interns gain jobs and invaluable contacts as a direct result of their work with us.

New Website Features

Every six months we take the opportunity to refresh and enhance our website.

Thanks to our long time sponsors Link Digital we've recently:

• changed all the photo illustrations
• refined the home page and added our social media links
• enabled members to add their twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook URLs to their online member profiles
• and a few other behind the scenes things!

Holiday Arrangements

We'll be on summer holidays for a few weeks from the 24 December and return on the 5th January.

We will be still accepting new member applications over that period and processing member events and notices added to the website.
